Product selection, storage, packaging and transportation are all key to catering for remote sites. Our supply chain management process has been designed to integrate with camp management to ensure that demand and supply signals are transmitted between camps, central procurement teams and supply partners. Our procurement teams are based both on and offshore, ensuring that the best quality materials are obtained at optimum costs and meet local and international standards. Priority is given to local suppliers and training is provided to ensure the highest quality standards. ATS’s procurement practices are governed by a well-communicated procurement policy. We own and operate a fleet of trucks to transport dry goods, cleaning materials and frozen food.

He has held dual roles in Operations Management and SHEQ, with the ability to ensure that the company Integrated Management Systems compliment the overall strategic direction of the organization, for a safe workplace and a profitable business outcome.Head of Human ResourcesCharles is a seasoned HR Practitioner with 12 years progressive experience in Human Resource Management, currently Head of Human Resources for ATS Group. Prior to his appointment as Head of Human Resources, Charles worked as Senior Manager Human Resource Operations & Learning/Development, Regional HR Manager for Central, East and Southern Africa. Charles joined ATS Group in 2008 and he is a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management (MSc-HRM) and full member of Zambia institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM)Managing Director – InternationalDavid is a career hospitality professional with over 19 years in the industry. Prior to current appointment, he's been COO in charge with all ATS operations across Africa, and also holding the GM position for ATS West Africa - in charge with operations across Ghana, Burkina Faso, Mali and Ivory Coast. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality and also Honours in Business AdministrationDirector: Business development and community developmentSharon is responsible for driving new business growth and the client retention programme at ATS. She was worked within the mining, oil & gas, and power sector for the past 10 years, and held various business development roles throughout Africa, South and North America. She has expertise in penetrating new markets, creating brand awareness, developing strategic client relationships, as well as with the management of multi-disciplinary teams and project delivery. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science, with Honours, from Queens University, Canada and a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Queensland, Australia.Senior Business Development Manager - South AfricaCharles Joined the Tsebo Group in 2003 and has held the positions of Project and District Manager for Fedics. Prior to the formation of ATS South Africa, Charles was the Senior Business Development Manager for Equality Reef Services, a post he held for three years after moving from operations, where he held the position of Operations Manager. Charles has been in the contract catering industry for the last 27 years and has worked for all big four catering companies in the industry. He holds a National Higher Certificate in Commercial Catering from ML Sultan Technikon and is a graduate of Tsebo’s GIBS Leadership Development Programme.Group Operations ExecutiveKobus holds a National Diploma in Hospitality and a Management Certificate from GIBS.

Prior to this appointment as the Group Operations Executive, Kobus worked as the Regional General Manager for Central Southern Africa, in charge of operations across Zambia, DRC, Uganda and Tanzania.Group Operations ExecutiveAmar has over 18 years’ experience in Hospitality, Remote Camps and Facilities Management. He has worked in a number of roles since joining ATS in 2010, these include operation Manager and several Country Manger positions in Central and West Africa as well as Regional General Manager for French West Africa .
