“Since the school’s inception, ATS have done the catering at Trident College in Solwezi. There has been a growth curve from the school’s perspective where our wants over time have been more clearly defined and ATS have come on board to assist, advise and implement. The school stands by the menu that is offered to the pupils at the College and this has been ratified by independent nutritionists. There is further back up with ATS bringing in a nutritionist from South Africa on a bi-annual basis to ensure all is on track.
